Our foils packs each have a yard of foil and a yard of adhesive. Our high shine foil gives a vibrant, metallic finish to any project. To Use: Cut your adhesive sheets with your design, press adhesive first onto your shirt at 305 degrees fahrenheit for 10 seconds, peel off the backing while still warm. Lay your foil evenly on top of the adhesive and press at 320 degrees fahrenheit with firm pressure for 10-12 seconds, cold peel.
